6. Limitation of Liability

AI Ads Manager is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While deterministic safety shields are engineered to prevent spend overrun, Bcompbiz Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from network latency, third-party advertising platform outages, or decisions made on the basis of AI recommendations.
